in 1973 and run by Gary Edwards who is a certified remedial
damp-proof course and timber preservation Surveyor. Dampcure
provides damp proofing, cellar tanking, timber treatment and cavity wall tie
replacement expertise to the whole of Herefordshire, Worcestershire,
Mid-Wales and South Shropshire.

ASSOCIATION |

Dampcure are members
of the Property Care Association which is part of British Wood Preserving and Damp-Proofing Association
(BWPDA).
This association regulates and monitors member companies and as such
ensures that a company, is financially secure, carries out surveys,
damp proofing and timber treatment works to the BWPDA Code of
Practice and that the company adheres to all relevant safety
requirements and legislation. Through the association Dampcure are
also members of the governments Trustmark Scheme which is designed
to ensure customers employ reputable trades people.

It is Dampcure's
policy to use products which are as friendly to the environment as
possible, consequently, nearly all the products used are water based
with, therefore, very little odour.

Since 1973 Dampcure
has established itself as the leading damp-proofing and timber
treatments specialist in the area carrying out work for many Local
Authorities, Housing Associations, PLC's, Builders, Architects and
private individuals. Currently in excess of 500 contracts are
completed per annum.

With all damp-proofing
and timber treatment work a guarantee "worth the paper it is
written on" is essential. Since Dampcure was established many
other firms have appeared as so called specialists and after a
couple of years disappeared leaving worthless guarantees. Dampcure
has already stood the test of time, it honours its guarantees and
will also help with any future problems its clients may encounter.
As an added protection the company offer the benefit of the
Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd Back-Up Guarantee which offers
insurance backed protection against Dampcure no longer trading.
Whole House Insurance can also be offered for a modest annual
premium which covers areas of the property not covered by a
conventional damp or timber infestation problems.
